: Logo Design Mania offers free revisions according to the package purchase to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
Refund Eligibility
: Refunds are available if designs remain unused and not published online. A refund request must be submitted within five days of initial design completion.
Refund Process
: Refunds vary based on timing:
Before delivery: Full refund minus a 30% service fee.
Within 48 hours of delivery: 66% refund minus a 20% service fee.
Between 48-120 hours of delivery: 33% refund minus a 10% service fee.
No refunds after 120 hours, but concerns can still be addressed.
Refund Approval
: Requests are reviewed individually, and approval depends on the violation of the user agreement.
Refund Procedure
: Once approved, refunds are processed and credited back to the original payment method.
Late Refunds
: If a refund hasn't been received, checking with the bank and credit card company is advised.
Sale Items
